BILL LUBLIN  operates a successful multi-office real estate firm and has been recognized as a thought leader for his insights regarding technology, social media, ethics and risk management in the real estate business.  An international speaker and trainer, he makes complicated things simple in a fast-paced entertaining manner. Entering the real estate business at the age of 21, Bill rapidly gained recognition as one of the best salespeople in the marketplace. From his earliest days, he began a career of service to both the community and the industry, always embracing the latest tools and technology. In 1983 Bill opened Lublin Corporation REALTORS at 7104 Castor Avenue. Its successor firm,  CENTURY 21 Advantage Gold, has been recognized by both Real Trends Magazine and Real Estate and Relocation magazine as one of the largest real estate firms in the United States since 1998. CENTURY 21 Advantage Gold is currently Pennsylvania’s Largest Century 21 firm.

Bill has always placed a great deal of emphasis on professional education and achievement. He is one of the only real estate professionals to earn both the Graduate of the Realtors Institute (GRI) designation and the Certified Residential Specialist designation in only one year! As a Certified Residential Brokerage Manager (CRB), his skills in the field of management are unsurpassed.

Bill has served as a member of the National Association of REALTORS Professional Standards Committee, MLS Issues and Policy Committee, and Risk Management Committee. and the Data Strategies Committee. He was also appointed to serve on the Interpretations and Procedures Sub-Committee, the Article 10 Standards Revision Working Group, the Commercial Membership Recruitment Group, the BPO Workgroup, was appointed Chair of the NAR Short Sale Workgroup, and the Emerging Trends & Technology Advisory Board. In addition, Bill has was Vice-Chair of the Professional Standards Forum and the Professional Standards Committee, was Chairman of the Committee in 2008, the Association’s Centennial Year, and chairing the Interpretations and Procedures Sub-Committee of Professional Standards in 2009. In 2017 Bill served as the Chair of the Data Strategies Advisory Board for NAR and as a member of the Board Policy and Jurisdiction Committee.

An experienced instructor, with over 30 years of experience in various forms of adult education, Bill is a NAR trained Professional Standards Instructor, a Mediation Trainer, was Certified as a facilitator by Century 21, is a trained DRS Mediator and designed and implemented his company training program. He has been approved as an instructor for the SRS Council, NAR’s Realtor University, and is approved by REBI to teach CRB and C-RET courses. He is also licensed as a  State Certified Instructor in several Real Estate courses, has taught for the Greater Philadelphia Real Estate Board School, Community College of Philadelphia, Schlicher Kratz Academy, and numerous other education providers. Bill has made presentations for Century 21 at their leadership meetings and conventions, the National Association of REALTORS, the Association Executives Institute, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Kentucky, Ohio, and Delaware Association of REALTORS as well as other state and local Associations around the country.

Bill’s involvement in Social Media led to the creation of BuzzBuilderz LLC to facilitate the entrance of individuals and business into the social media arena, In late 2008, based on  his experience as a business owner , educator,  and entrepreneur, Bill set out to bridge the gap between the interest in social media expressed by professionals and their lack of ability to execute on an effective, ethical, and responsible social media strategy.  Bill founded The Social Media Marketing Institute , and the Certified Social Media Marketing designation (CSM) was created to assist people in entering the social media space, and to encourage them to do so in a manner that was both ethical and effective. In 2010, and again in 2015 the National Association of REALTORS contracted Bill and the SMMI team to re-write their e-Pro certification – the only technology certification recognized by NAR.  The course was so groundbreaking that it won the Real Estate Educator’s Association (REEA) award for best educational program of 2011. He has spoken in numerous venues from Harvard to Quebec to London to the Middle East on real estate brokerage, professional standards, technology and social media.

His ability to connect real world business experience with the use of social media has made him a popular and in-demand speaker at conventions and meetings throughout the world. He has spoken for the Federal Government, Harvard University, Penn State University, the London Sunday Times, the Canadian Real Estate Association, the Dubai Real Estate Institute,  and the Social Media Plus meetings. His real estate speaking credits include Inman Connect NY and Inman Connect SF, Agent Reboot, NAR’s techEdge events, NAR Mid-Year and Annual Meetings, ARELLO, the Association Executives Conference, and numerous State and local associations in Both the United States and Canada. An active blogger, he wrote for Agentgenius ( when it was the winner of the 2008 Inman Award for Most Innovative Blog) as well as authoring MovePhilly.blogspot.com, REreflections.com, , C21AGVoices.com and the SMMI blog

Bill has received numerous awards from professional real estate organizations, including the honor of being inducted into the Greater Philadelphia Association of REALTORS Hall of Fame, an honor achieved by few of the Association’s members in its history! Bill also serves as a Real Estate, Technology and Social Media Consultant to Industry, was one of the Contributors to the AgentGenius Blog as well as the author of several other blogs about real estate and social media. Bill has been recognized by Inman News as one of “Real Estate’s Most Influential Online”  for three years running, Swanepoel’s 100 Most Interesting & Influential in Real Estate and other social media lists. In 2015 Bill was honored to receive the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS Lifetime Achievement Award.
